A03 not charging all the way after 4 hours of charge

I have a brand new A03 and I can put it on charge walk away come back 4 hours later and the phone will only be at 18%. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Same problem same phone I changed cords and closed all my apps it charged right up -this phone doesn't respond well to aftermarket chargers

I'm using the cord that came with it and have also changed cords but still nothing
