A14 IS COMPATIBLE WITH FINE LOCK?

I have an A14 and it has UI 5.1 and Android 13, but it tells me that the fine lock application is not compatible with my cell phone and that I should contact my provider, which provider are you talking about?

@Vaneessa Fine lock is not created by Samsung. You would need to contact the developers of that app to see if they have a solution.
