Galaxy A32 5G Android 14 Update??

Shouldn't the A32 5G have gotten Android 14? I thought Samsung gives 3 OS updates and 4 Security Patches. I didn't think Android 11 (out of the box) was counted as an actual update because it was released with 11. Just curious what the final decision was because there is conflicting information about this device.

Will samsung a13 5g get anymore updates I have one with cricket that on Android 13 when it shows it supports Android 14 but won't update

From what I can find you should be getting android 14 and ui 6.1 saw something about some delays not sure how to get it updated

My A13 5G is still on Android 13, but if Samsung did delay the update, that is considered why the A13 only got it

From what I see you should be getting upbto android 16 have you tried using wifi to update only allows one check a day

You should be on android 14 now with ui 6 and from what i read up to android 16 for updates

Best advice do a soft reset and try to find wifi not sure a factory reset is answer
