How can I use sounds from different themes?

Hi, I've been looking for a way to use a theme but I want to use sounds from a different theme. Is there any way I can do that? If so, please help.

Since the majority of the themes available are made by 3rd party developers, the sounds for each are limited to that specific theme. To the best of my knowledge, you cannot mix-and-match them. 😢

No, this isn't true. I used to be able to select a ringtone from a previous theme i had purchased in the sounds and vibration menu and apply it. I got a new phone that has a more updated OS (android 15) and now I can no longer do that.
