Need help! Looking for an option to add Excel sheets to Home Screen

My father has the Flip 3, and needs to get a file from "my files" to add to home screen. Idk if it's the phone itself, but it does not have the "add to home" on the the 3 button icon. I don't live near him, and can't find any help online. This is my last call. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know! Thank you in advance

@Steph41 This is not something that you do from the My Files app. What type of file is he trying to put on the home screen.

He does a lot of his job through his phone. One of his locations sends him excel spreadsheets to utilize while at the locations. And to make it easy for him, he would like to have it easily accessed.

@Steph41 Sorry but you can't put spreadsheets on the home page. Only apps and widgets can be placed on the home page.

He has them in his folder as well, but would like to have it on his homescreen for easy access
