Hello,
So I'm trading in my Note20U but the problem is my phone is cracked and only the very top is usable. DeX is no help since the factory reset option is grayed out.
Any ideas? I've gotten to the factory reset page but cannot confirm my security pattern bc the bottom 70% of the screen is flickering and barely if at all usable.
Any ideas?
I don't want to send this phone back to them with ALL of my info on it.

Thank you so much!

@userg4Um1hHmCd FYI, if you can get a BT mouse connected via Dex, that mouse will still be BT paired when you disconnect from Dex. So, once the mouse is paired you can use it without Dex.

But if you can't see enough of the screen to do the reset it might not help.

You can also log in to your Samsung account from a browser and run factory reset

I'm in my account but don't see anywhere to do this. I only see warranty registration--Can you elaborate please?
