I wonder how much stuff i lost in .y phone this morning. Every time it has a firmware update I lose stuff. It will either be apps, contacts, text messages or emails. I swear this galaxy 10+ was made on a Friday by people more worried about the upcoming weekend.
Do you back up your stuff just incase something like this ever happens? If your phone has a slot for an SD card you should get one or there are other option like Google and so on.
