Airplane mode on phone won't turn off

I own a Samsung s20 ultra,airplane mode won't disappear, can't connect to my network. Any advice

did you try a hard reboot ? hold power and volume key down till you see samsung logo . dont let go till you see logo appear .

if that doesnt work do a clear cache partition... it helps clear bugs

I have Found only cell phone that have Permanent locked, airplane mode are samsung

Way is that?
