Certain phone calls going straight to voicemail

There are a few numbers in my phone that when they call it goes straight to voice-mail. I've done everything it suggests and nothing fixes it. And one is my son. Please help...

It's been a while. I honestly don't remember. I was hoping someone could tell me something.

This is sometimes caused by unintentional auto spam blocking. Try this. From your Phone app, select the top right three dots, then tap Settings. Find Caller ID and Spam protection, then make sure it is set to "Only block high-risk spam calls".

In that case, I recommend reaching out to your carrier for them to investigate things on their end. Some use their own app for identifying spam calls, so that might be worth inquiring about as well.
