Galaxy S23My Galaxy S 23 recently started to automatically mute so I don't know when it rings. I have gone through the system check that it was not muted, volume was turn up the DND was not turned on. I have restarted several times and it has the latest software up grade.

Galaxy S232. Scroll to Advanced Features
3. Tap on Motions & Gestures
4. Check to see if MUTE With Gestures is Enabled/Disabled

Galaxy S23Check your Do Not Disturb settings and make sure that it hasn't gotten scheduled somehow.
If you use Modes and Routines, check those also. For example, I have a Mode that automatically sets the phone to vibrate whenever I'm at a doctor's office, but I accidentally added my home address to the list of trigger locations.
Here are some other things you can try. I hope one of them helps.
