Galaxy S24Since updating to One UI 6.1.1, I've been experiencing consistent issues with audio clarity at all volume levels, including distortion and crackling sounds. Iāve tested multiple types of headphones, and the issue remains. I also tried these headphones on an S21 Ultra running the same One UI 6.1.1 version, and the same problem occurs.
I even performed a reset on the S21 Ultra, but the issue persists. However, when I tested the same headphones on Windows and other PCs, they worked perfectly, suggesting that this is likely a software-related issue with One UI 6.1.1.
Is anyone else experiencing similar audio defects?

Galaxy S24Put in an error report with Samsung, so they will know how widespread the problem is, and they may be able to assist you in fixing it.

Galaxy S24Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button, choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster.
