Is the anyway to block notifications during exercise other than Samsung Health on Galaxy watch 6?

Hello all!!

I have a Samsung Watch 6 (upgraded from a Watch 3) and I'm wondering if there is a way to mute/block/silence notifications during a workout EXCEPT the actual Samsung Health app. This was an option on my Samsung Watch 3 but I can't figure this out on my 6 due to a lack of DND advanced settings. Thanks in advance. ☺️

If you enable "Sync Do not disturb with phone" in the Wearable app, the watch will use the same DND settings as the phone. If you've made the proper exceptions, you should still be able to receive the Samsung Health notifications on the watch.

Didn't work, unfortunately. I blocked all apps with the exception of Samsung Health. I just hate my watch vibrating with text notifications while I'm working out, but I also wanna know my workout progress. I had the best of both worlds with my Samsung 3
