LED and OLED TVsIf this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. Since your unit is out of warranty and you would like to receive quotes on service/labor from an Authorized Service Center near you, please visit:

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Just want to confirm is there anything else connected to the TV when this happens. Or are you just streaming directly from the TV?

LED and OLED TVsThank you for that information! Check connections to ensure no external devices like soundbar, or HDMI Devices are causing the issues. Try disconnecting them and see if the TV behaves normally when used independently. Can you turn off anynet+(HDMI-CEC) sometimes, the TV can reboot due to HDMI control settings. Try turning off Anynet+ in the settings under General> External Device Manager.
If the issue still occurs last resort would be to try a factory reset. Here's a link you might find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/
