Multiple items greyed out on Smart TV and no solution works

I have a Samsung smart TV that several key options are greyed out (broadcast, reset, etc.).  I have tried every suggestion on the web (verifying source is TV, closing all apps) but nothing is working.  I need some deep level guidance as everything that should work to resolve is not.

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. Have you updated your unit recently? Ensure your unit is plugged directly into a wall socket, not a surge protector. I don't know why this helps with these newer TVs but somehow it does. Also, make sure you have an antenna connected to your unit if you are trying to watch local tv channels. If this does not work, I recommend giving your unit a factory reset.
