Did you try going to your contacts app, tap on the contact , then tap more, and edit default contact info. I had the same issue with one contact, and it resolved it for me.
You probably tried the phone app, too> edit default contact info. You might want to write down the mobile number, delete the contact, and then add it back. It's worth a try if you haven't already done that too.
