Exiting Beta program

I'm having trouble with exiting one ui beta program. I signed up for the beta using a T-mobile sim card, now that I switched to AT&T, I cannot exit the beta program due to carrier switch. Who can fix this issue?

Contact the mods with your samsung account email the IMEI info for the phone and the new carrier

Is your phone the T-Mobile version, or did you buy it unlocked

I switched to Verizon and the moderator told me they couldn't send me the Verizon software since I bought the T-Mobile version
