Using the hotspot on the PS5 always causes nat type failed with the s21 5G ultra when using 5G. I have tried it on other 5G phones like the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and it works correctly on that phone with the same network (t-mobile) and the same sim card.
Even though A32 and S21 5G are Samsung phones, underneath they run totally different platforms. Irrespective of the device, Hotspot should not have any issues. Please send us an error report from the Samsung memberās app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.
To be fair, the issue has been going on for a few months, but it's still on the beta. I have other friends with the same issue and have seen at least another member having the same problem as well:
I reported it, but now I wish I added more details and don't know if I should report again just to add a little bit of info that may or may not change anything.
