New overscoll animation

I think it's a little underappreciated how someone simple can change a lot. The new overscoll animation really makes every app seem to have a fresh new UI. Thank you Samsung for including this feature

I like the stretch effect, however it's not consistent on my end in these forums.
On the previous screen the stretch effect works, on this page I still get the glow effect.
Not sure if it's just me or not.

Heck I get glow effect in Samsung members app

I have that problem too but I've only seen that problem here.
