One UI 4 Update to Galaxy S21 Ruined Phone

The phone updated to the g991usqu4buk9 (presumably with bug fixes) version on  11/23/21. Only the navigation buttons on the screen work on the phone. Other than that, it's as if the touchscreen doesn't work at all. 

Fixes attempted that haven't worked:

1. Restarting the phone by pressing and holding the start button.
2. Wiping the cache partition then restarting doesn't work.

My next fix attempt will be to do a hard reset. 

SAMSUNG NEEDS TO FIX THIS NOW. MY PHONE IS UNUSEABLE!!!!

It ruined my camera app. Camera constantly fails. Did everything up to and including a factory reset. Still failing. The cameras both in other apps. This phone made my switch from iOS, but it is quickly becoming a regret with this simple function ruined. Thanks Samsung!

UPDATE: The only thing that worked was a factory reset.
