One UI Beta 4.0

Hey, trying to join the One UI Beta 4.0 on my Samsung galaxy s21 with a T-Mobile carrier, I was able to join the 3.0 but can't join now bc I don't see the banner, any help?

Yes indeed, as my S21 Ultra (SM-G998U1) Unlocked purchased directly through Samsung ( AT&T my Carrier-US based) received the One UI 4 Beta banner for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Beta release through the Samsung Members app...I elected to hold off.
As of two days ago, the 'One UI 4 Banner has not appeared...meaning exactly as mentioned above..
I can not wait for the 'Public Release' after viewing both Part I, and Part 2 SDC videos...
