Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?

Also clear the cache on the apps that are having issues?

Yes, and it's OneUI home that lags the most so it's definitely the beta.

It's everything. The web, apps, even the text message app. Yes I've cleared everything.

to me it feels like it's been smoother having everything on. adaptive refresh rate, max res, apps open still feels smoother than before

I experience quite the opposite. Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting? This may clear up the lags you are experiencing.

Also have you sent an official error report

My S22 Ultra has also been lagging & my Facebook messenger has not been working correctly & is constantly popping up that it's not working correct & is causing alot of crashes

Facebook messenger is buggy even on 5.1 to be honest
