Samsung account already exists in account manager

everytime I try to sign into samsung shop app it displays Samsung account already exists in account manager on my s21 how do I fix?

Samsung shop hasn't been working since the beta began. I advise that you use the website in your web-browser.

In the mean time, try it once more and then send an error report!

Please check for any updates in Galaxy Store. There should be a Samsung Account update that should resolve the issue. Settings -> apps -> samsung account -> App details in store ->  update.

Still not working Sep 2024. I want to purchase through the app as there is currently a 5% discount via app but cannot sign into the app.
