Whew! That was a long one but I liked the focus of the questions. Seems like Samsung is honing in on the major issues. How much will change at this point remains to be seen!

That feature is available in the Device care menu under the battery settings

No it isn't. That's not screen on time since last full charge. That's since last 24 hour period. Huge difference.

I completely agree and understand the difference between the old graph , let's hope that Samsung adds the settings back
