I am seeing a lot of people who seem to be having a lot of problems with their phone. I would suggest that all of you who are having trouble try to clear your cache in recovery mode and also tap on repair apps. If you have trouble getting the phone into recovery mode, you can connect it to your PC and use adb to get it into recovery. I will include a screenshot so you can see what I mean. If you're going to go this route you do need to download adb tools and remember what folder you put it in or it will not work. You'll need to use the windows command prompt, and if your device is correctly connected, when you type adb devices, you'll see your device connected as you see mine is in the photo I provided. "I scratched out my device info to the left of device." After you see that you can type adb reboot recovery and the phone will shutdown and boot itself into recovery mode where you'll see the clear cache and repair apps like you see in the photo that I provided below.
