T-Mobile works but the speaker option plays for a second and then the sound resorts to the earpiece speaker, even though the speaker icon is still enabled.

The Problem still exist. Clearing the cache and memory and problem still there. Visual voicemail does not work. How donI send a Error report. I don't see an error report to attach and send. If you able tell me how to get I be glad to send. Unless your talking about the message that says unable retrieve Visual Voicemail at this time.
