Withdraw from beta

So I drop the beta testing and it shows the option to enroll .... I did downgrade to Android 11, and i keep getting the update to the beta again.  any inputs on how to get rid of it ?

So, to be sure, you did these steps:

a) Tapped "Withdraw" button in Members app

b) Factory Reset

c) Ran SmartSwitch on a PC, plugged phone into PC ... then in SmartSwitch, selected "Downgrade"

Weird.

Must be something in Members app (?).

If you ever try to downgrade again:
==
After you Withdraw in the Members app.

Quit Members.

(phone) Settings > Apps > Members

Force Stop

Storage, Clear Cache

Storage, Clear Data

Don't use Members app again until after you've finished the Downgrade.

... Oh, and one other question:
Did you Restore a Backup to the phone?

... If yes, is the backup you made *before* you installed beta?

... Or was backup made while running the beta version on the phone?

Yeah was a backup on Android 11 not 12 , i didnt even open the members app

Same happened to my wife's N20Ultra. She didn't like the beta, downgraded, but it somehow glitched. The phone says it's up to date, but got its last update on November 2020.

Fingers crossed. It was unrecoverable on her phone. Factory reset, nothing. Had to send it back.
