Does anybody know of a way of accessing Separate app sound without having to go into the settings every time...

I'm confused. Where else do you think "settings" could also be to change the app sound? It took me three steps to get in there from my home screen. Now I can make it two steps because I have "SEP" in my settings search

Yes, you can make a shortcut at home screen to go straight to "Separate App Sound".

On your Galaxy S24, you can access Separate app sound more quickly by using the Quick Settings panel or adding a shortcut to the Edge Panel for easier access. Here's how:

1. Quick Settings Panel:

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings menu.

Look for the Separate app sound icon (it looks like a speaker with an arrow). If it's not there, you can edit the Quick Settings:

Tap the three dots (or the pencil icon) in the top right corner of the Quick Settings menu.

Find Separate app sound in the list and drag it to the active panel.

Now you can toggle Separate app sound directly from Quick Settings.

2. Edge Panel:

If you like using the Edge Panel on your Galaxy S24, you can add a shortcut for Separate app sound:

Go to Settings > Display > Edge screen > Edge panels.

Add a Shortcut to the Separate app sound feature.

Once enabled, swipe from the edge of the screen to access the Edge Panel and tap the Separate app sound shortcut.

This way, you won't have to navigate through Settings every time to enable or adjust Separate app sound.
