I have a S90C Smart tv and HW-q7C sound bar. I can't hear the dialog when viewing a movie. And I can't seem to increase the "highs" volume to the sound bar.
Hi Dave, Welcome to the community! I would like to clarify, is it strictly the dialog that you aren't hearing? Everything else is coming through the speakers as it should?
I would suggest downloading the Smartthings app if you haven't already. In the advanced sound settings there is an option for "Voice Enhancement" toggle that on. More often than not, that has helped customers with similar issues.
