yesterday in
Home TheaterI just setup my new HW-Q990D and am trying to figure out the quirks of this thing. My biggest issue so far is playing music. I have the internal echo setup and when I tell Alexa to play music, she plays music correctly. However, depending on the song that is playing, the volume will be either too loud or too soft.
It seems that for songs in 3D format, the soundbar volume has to be louder. However, when the next UHD song starts to play, it is way too loud.
The way this is working for me is very annoying, doesn't make listening to music relaxing, and requires me to always be waiting for the next song to start to determine if I need to turn the volume up or down.
There has to be a setting somewhere in Alexa, Amazon Music, Smart Things, or the Soundbar to prevent the user from having to worry non-stop whether the next song will be blaring loud or so low you can barely hear it.
Thanks for your help!
