I have just purchased a 48 inch OLED S 90 Samsung TV and the apps on the TV i.e. Netflix iPlayer et cetera have a black bar at the top and the bottom , using the actual TV is fine all programs have no black edge . This is also happening when I look at the apps through my sky Q box The ratio resolution of the screen is at 16.9 please advise. Iām very disappointing that a brand-new TV itās not showing the appās programs correctly
