LED and OLED TVsI have just purchased a 48 inch OLED S 90 Samsung TV and the apps on the TV i.e. Netflix iPlayer et cetera have a black bar at the top and the bottom , using the actual TV is fine all programs have no black edge .
This is also happening when I look at the apps through my sky Q box The ratio resolution of the screen is at 16.9 please advise. Iām very disappointing that a brand-new TV itās not showing the appās programs correctly

LED and OLED TVsI can certainly understand how frustrating that is and am delighted to assist you! Have you done a picture test to see if it pops up on there? I will say that if the black bars appear on the picture test, the TV will need service and since you just recently purchased it, you can check with your retailer about exchanging it. In the event that the bars don't appear on the picture test, it may be within the apps it's happening on, and you may have to check the settings for those individually. When doing that, and it still doesn't go away, you'll need to reach out to the app developers themselves for further assistance.
Can you post a photo of what's going on too as well as the full model code?
