Missing Secure Folder on Samsung S21 Ultra - T-Mobile

I cannot find the secure folder under the Biometrics and security settings. Any idea if this is not available on TMobile version of S21 Ultra?

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.

Are you using user profiles on the device ? device is limited to 2 knox folder and if a user folder is created, you may loose ability to create more secure folders but UI should be present.
