New toggle switch design?

I found this toggle design in "Wireless emergency alerts", and I think it looks really nice. I don't know if this new toggle design is a part of Android 12 or not. If it is, will Samsung change the toggle switch to this design anywhere else?

App permissions have had this since the first beta. It's just apart of stock Android 12 I believe

Thanks for letting me know. I just joined on the 3rd beta. Hope Samsung will actually implement this into One UI 4.
