Picture and Picture on S21 Ultra One UI 4?

Before Beta picture and picture in my S21Ultra works sometimes...with the new version,  the official OneUI 4.0 don't work at all. 

The setting is ON...something else I need to do?

YouTube only allows PiP if you have premium subscription unless you use Vanced. Make sure you have active premium account.

for a "known issue" never had any pip issues in any of the beta or release build
