Secure Folder help?

I can't get in anymore I use my password and get locked out I even tried changing password but at the end it would say at the bottom "Check your network connection and try again " I've tried resting phone and app but nothing. Is this a beta error?

That's rather weird, can you attach a photo of the error perhaps?
