To withdraw from Beta do I need to use desk top version of Smart Switch? Using a PC? What if I don't have a PC only Chromebook?

Yes, you need a machine that you can install Smart Switch to do the Restore of the backup you made *before*; you installed the beta.

Oh wait, you haven't installed Smart Switch? Didn't do a backup before the beta installation??

No I didn't... I backed up on Samsung cloud and Google cloud..

I did the same thing and have tried to downgrade to android 11 through the PC smartswitch app but it just freezes. I have also tried to unenroll then factory reset but it doesn't downgrade. I have called Samsung but they don't seem to know what to do lol
