My Galaxy Mini 2 that runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread has a feature where when you swipe on top by the clock and battery indicator without dragging the notification bar the brightness changes and still to this day I miss that feature rather than always dragging down our notification panel just to increase/decrease brightness

I don't know how useful that would be on modern phones. I don't even pull down my notifications from the top of my phone anymore cause of how tall my phone is.

Hello @Cheesydieper ,

We will pass on your suggestion to our usability team for review. How ever, it may be a little complicated as to number of sensors not to mention under screen camera that is packed under the screen. How about using Good lock and customizing gesture to achieve similar affect ?

Just a thought... Have you tried:

It keeps the brightness "on top". Screenshot_20211005-193302_Samsung Members.jpgScreenshot_20211005-193357_Gallery.jpg

I could be wrong, but if I am, it might be a middle ground.
