A Series & Other MobileI just purchased the Galaxy A11 and no one can hear me when they call. Breaks up really horribly but I can hear them perfectly. I have to use this for work so what can I do to fix that or is this just a glitch with these phones? Looks like I may have to take it back.

A Series & Other MobileThere are a few things that can cause issues with the microphone on your phone or tablet. For example, an external device such as headphones may be preventing the microphone from working. Other times, you may hear a crackling noise, or sounds may be unclear in your recordings if the microphone is having problems. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001249/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps above, I would recommend a service repair. You can also reach out to your place of purchase to see what options they are able to provide you.
