I am having trouble with my Gmail account

 I am 74 yrs. old and have memory deficits. I use a password keeper through Google

I have the finger print. Usually do all the things that are supposed to be.

Help, I have galaxy a32 and need to change the email on the account and don't know how. It also won't take my password.
