Been on Google Fi for about 10 years. Have the S21 for the past 2 years. The transcribing of voicemail to text option was always there and worked well. In a recent update that option is not available as I'm being forced to use the Samsung Visual Voicemail app which is an inferior product for my usage. I just want the ability to use Google's SMS to read my voicemail instead of the visual voicemail app. But that option is not selectable.
