After doing the software update on 8/23/23, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra restarted and asked me to enter my screen lock code. It did not recognize my code and has now locked me out. I have contacted technical support multiple times and have done all the recommended troubleshooting to get my phone unlocked or my files extracted but the issue is still not resolved. I had remote unlock enabled but it is not working. Is it possible to undo the software update or is there another option to get the phone to recognize the screen lock again without doing a factory reset?

Hey there! I can absolutely understand how frustrating it is being locked out of your device. Unfortunately, there is no way to revert to the previous software. If you are unable to unlock the device  the next step would be a factory data reset on the device. This guide also has steps you can take: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001570/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
