I've just updated my S24 Ultra this afternoon to UI 6.1.1 and since its updated i cannot connect to a network(States no service), i've taken the sim out and put in my partners phone and it works fine with out issue so its not the sim and my s24 was working this morning.

I've reset the network settings, reset the phone and everything short of a full factory reset as i don't want to lose my data, has any one else experiences this and has a fix?

Hello, I understand your concerns with not being able to connect to your mobile network and I will be more than happy to assist.

Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings.

Here is a link to a troubleshooting guide to assist:

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212956/

If you continue to lose your mobile network connection or if it continues to disconnect, please visit a Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.

We also recommend submitting an error report by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports

@Matt43434 Is it the cellular data network that you can't connect to? Voice and data or just data?

Check phone settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks and ensure that Mobile data is enabled.

Take your phone to your carrier. They are responsible for your phone's connectivity.
