Update my TV to play video from USB devices

•  Does anyone know how to update my Samsung TV model LN32C350D1DZA so I can play videos from an external  hard drive  or a USB  memory stick through the USB drive port? I can get some pictures but not all and no videos.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this will be useful being able to videos from a USB on your TV. This is possible with certain tvs and the correct file type. Please see your user manual and the information below for further support.
