No Screen Rotation

Without changing any settings suddenly my screens will no longer rotate from Portrait to Landscape Mode. 

I've double-checked that Screen Rotation to Landscape is Checked. 

Not a "phone expert" so any help appreciated.

Tap from top and there should have the setting for portrait

Some apps do not allow rotation and the home screen rotation has to be set separately in the home screen settings.
