What exactly do you mean by it's not letting you update? If it's saying that it's up to date, then Samsung (and/or your cellular provider) haven't released an OTA update to your region yet, if its not that, try restarting your phone (I'm not sure if that would fix that but might as well try.) If that still doesn't work, i recommend waiting until the phone updates itself
Hi @Faithe thanks for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I hate to hear you're not able to update. I do have a few questions. Is it showing the update is available for you? Just like others are asking what happens when you are trying to update that is stopping you? Have you tried to restart your device? And last question are you connected to Wi-Fi and your battery over 50% charged?
