Fingerprint functionality, fingerprint device not found Samsung Galaxy Book4 edge copilot pc

Hi 
Since a week my fingerprint device is not recognized constantly, When i look in the device manager it says 
currently this hardware device is not connected to the computer (code 45)
to fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer

IT is the fingerprint button on the right and the devices is EgisTec Touch Fingerprint sensor

When I delete the driver (uninstall) reboot and press 30 seconds the start button (same button) it sees the device again and recognize the fingerprint again.

but it repeats itself after half a day when shutting down.

Pleas give an solution for this issue windows hello fingerprint is not working well this way

Hi

Yes all the things you suggested I already did. The problem is in the hardware of the powerbutton/fingerprint. Now and then it disconnects and that is why it is not working.

It even does boot my laptop when I did shutdown and put it in the sleeve, resulting in an overheated laptop.

It is an urgent issue also risk full because of the heat it produces by booting spontaneous. 

Sometimes when I press the powerbutton nothing happens only when I press it long.

I have entered a ticket for repair from the supplier I bought it from. I have to reset and sent it in.
