I just realized that I don't even know if your carrier service is with Verizon 🙄. But in this case it shouldn't matter!! Have you tried talking with your carrier about it? (I'm sure you have) But if you have already tried, are they the one's that told you that? If so you must be with Verizon's service!! I've been with them for 12 years and I'm so done with them! Anyway, the point I am trying make is I would NOT Accept that and wouldn't leave my carrier's store until they make it right, even if they need to deal with Samsung about this! Has anyone even offered for you to be able to pay even a prorated fee to get it fixed?
