Hi,

I have purchased a Galaxy Book 4 Snapdragon with usb4 ports.  I have attached a Microsoft Surface usb4 dock to the power usb4 socket on the computer.  The usb settings shows usb4 host 1 has the dock attached so it has been recognized.  However, it isn't showing or accessing the ethernet connection on the dock even though that is plugged in to my network.  Is there a setting issue or is the problem more fundamental?

The usb4 information shows this:

USB4 host router 1:- Topology ID: 0:0:0:0:0:0:0
