Samsung Cloud backup issues

For some reason The Samsung cloud app will not completely backup all applications except for the Home screen settings, is any one experiencing this issue

I mostly use SmartSwitch for backups, but for redundancy, I also use Google One and OneDrive

No issues here (though I don't use Samsung Cloud)

It's just the home screen settings, I also use, a usbc flash drive via smart switch and Microsoft Onedrive

Are you referring app data itself being backed up to cloud ?

All data backups are fine except for the home screen settings, it freezes at 75 percent
