I have one of my main contacts in my phone that can't receive my messages I've tried everything

Text messaging is a service provided by your carrier. If the troubleshooting steps do not work, you will need to follow up with your provider for additional assistance.

If there is only one contact not receiving your text, we recommend also having them follow up with their provider as the issue may be on their end if your phone shows the text as sent.
